摘　　要：目的探究认知行为干预对内镜逆行胆胰管造影术患者心理应激指标以及治疗依从性的影响。方法对本院接受内镜逆行胆胰管造影术80例患者作为研究对象,以入院时间顺序将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组内镜逆行胆胰管造影术患者实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加以认知行为干预。比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁评分、护理满意度以及治疗依从性。结果观察组患者护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后治疗依从性、护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在内镜逆行胆胰管造影术患者中应用认知行为干预有助于提高患者治疗依从性,改善预后效果。Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on psychological stress indicators and treatment compliance of patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in our hospital were selected as study subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 40 cases per group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received cognitive behavioral intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The anxiety,depression score,nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P <0.05).The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion The cognitive behavioral intervention for patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography can improve their treatment compliance and prognosis.
