摘　　要：城市间“人才竞争”,实际上是区域经济发展在人力资本竞争上的表现。本文通过归纳总结当前各大城市间“人才竞争”的基本特征,从人口学和经济学的角度阐释人才竞争的真正原因以及可能带来的社会经济影响,并针对性地提出一些合理的人才引进策略。"Talent Competition" is actually the performance of regional economic development on human capital competition.In this article, we have summarized the basic characteristics of talent competition among major cities,and explained the real reasons of talent competition from the perspective of demographic and economics.As well as possible socio-economic impacts.In the end we put forward some reasonable strategies on talent introduction.
