摘　　要：全球化的急速推进为世界带来一系列全球风险社会问题,不同的民族国家因而处在相互依存的局面,无法在世界性议题及全球治理的过程中独善其身。新世界主义是近年习近平及其领导集体对全球一体化过程的系统性理论阐述。费孝通的文化自觉论述,实际是新世界主义视角下中华文化对跨文化过程作出的回应。文化主体性是维护人类文明多样性的基石,通过个体的道德自觉与理性自觉,接纳包容异文化。民族文化进一步通过个体公民的文化自省,进行实践性的文化活动。个体在文化实践过程中,需科学对待传统文化,以此获得世界公民的历史传承基因。正确地进行文明学习借鉴,有利于中国文化与异文化整合成全球第三文化,共同促进人类命运共同体的构建。The rapid advance of globalization has brought a series of global risks problems in the world.Different nation states are thus interdependent and cannot be isolated in world issues and in the process global governance.Neo-Cosmopolitanism is a systematic theoretical expression for the process of globalization by Xi Jinping and his leadership group.Hsiao-tung Fei's discussion of cultural self-awareness is actually a response of Chinese culture to the cultural interaction under the perspective of Neo-Cosmopolitanism.Cultural Subjectivity is the cornerstone for safeguarding the diversity of human civilization.Through individual's moral consciousness and rational consciousness,it accepts and tolerates different cultures.The national culture,through individual citizen's cultural self-examination,further carries out practical cultural activities.In the process of cultural practice,individual should have a scientific attitude towards traditional culture so as to inherit the historical genes of a world citizen.By learning from other civilizations,Chinese culture integrates with other different cultures to make a third global culture,all contributing to the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
