弱势群体子女教育权益保护的多维证成

摘　　要：保护弱势群体子女教育权益不仅在消除贫困、改善民生、实现共同富裕和全面建成小康社会进程中具有重要实践意义,而且彰显了人道主义的伦理精神,体现了教育公平的制度正义,回应了法治时代对权利的呼唤,阻断了弱势的“代际传递”。因之,进入新时代,需要坚持以人民为中心的治理理念,采取切实有效的措施,强力保护弱势群体子女教育权益。The protection of education rights and interests of the offspring of vulnerable groups will not only bring practical significances in eliminating poverty,improving people’s livelihood,realizing common prosperity to set up a well-off society,but also can be justified from multi-disciplinary theories.Safeguarding the education rights and interests of the offspring of vulnerable groups manifests the humanitarian ethical spirit,represents the justice of the system of educational equality,responds the requirement for rights in this legal age,and removes the social logic that the weakness of vulnerable groups will be passed on generation by generation.So,in this new time,we should firmly hold the idea that people are the center in the country,and take effective measures to safeguard the education rights and interests of the offspring of vulnerable groups.
