摘 要:家禽分割产品分级技术是提高禽肉产品经济效益的关键技术,肉品质量是家禽分割产品分级的重要指标。重点介绍了国内外研究肉类分级采用的无损检测技术、原理和实验数据的处理方式,认为开发适应我国行业标准的家禽分割产品分级系统具有可行性和重要意义。The grading technology of poultry segmentation products was the key technology, and it could improve the economic benefits of poultry meat products. Meat quality was an important indicator for the grade of poultry segmentation products. The non-destructive testing technology, principle and treatment method of experimental data were adopted to study the grade of meat at home and abroad, and they were emphatically introduced. It was considered that the development of a grading system for poultry segmentation products which met China's industry standards was feasible and important.
