目标管理在神经科护士应急能力培训中的研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析在神经科护士中采取目标管理培训对其应急能力的改善效果。方法随机抽选2018年1-10月在该院神经科的护士40名,对比开展目标管理前后护士的应急能力情况。结果培训后护士的心肺复苏术、除颤术、呼吸机预警处理、气管插管配合分数均显著高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),培训后护士的病情观察能力、病情变化预见能力、应急处理能力、专科操作能力、急救配合能力分数均显著高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经科护士中实施目标管理培训有利于提升其应急能力。Objective To study and improve the emergency response ability of target management training in neurology nurses. Methods A total of 40 nurses in the neurology department of our hospital from January to October 2018 were randomly selected to compare the emergency ability of nurses before and after target management. Results After training, the nurses' cardiopulmonary resuscitation, defibrillation, ventilator early warning treatment, and tracheal intubation coordination scores were significantly higher than before training,the difference is statistically significance(P<0.05). After the training, the nurse's condition observation ability, disease change foresight ability, emergency treatment ability, specialist operation ability, and first-aid coordination ability scores were significantly higher than before trainingis statistically significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Target management training in neurology nurses is conducive to improving their emergency response capabilities.
