摘　　要：以学生为主体,遵循“校企合作、产教融合”职业教育理念,明确临床护士与老年专科护士相结合的人才培养目标定位,构建临床护理课程与老年专科护理课程结合的课程体系,建设医院与养老机构相结合的实训基地,结合护理专业师资与老年保健管理师资,形成学校、行业、企业、社会多主体评价机制的“医养结合”人才培养模式,可以确保老年护理人才培养与产业发展及市场需求对接。Taking the student as the main body, followed by vocational education concept of "universityenterprise cooperation and fusion", clear the training target combined by clinical nurses and elderly health nurses, it aims at forming "medical-caring combined" talent training mode with more subject evaluation mechanism among school, industry, enterprise and society by building course system of clinical nursing and specialized geriatric nursing, constructing the practical base of combining hospital with pension organization, moreover, according to the nursing and aged care management teachers, which can ensure the connection between the elderly nursing talents cultivation with industrial development and market demand.
