桌面演练法在高职轨道专业实务课程教学中的应用

摘　　要：将桌面演练法应用于高职轨道专业实务教学,通过确定任务、编制方案、组织演练、评价总结,可以引导学生团队协作,培养学生对城市轨道交通整体应急管理的能力,以实现轨道专业人才培养与企业对人才需求的对接。The desktop exercise method is applied to practical teaching of rail specialty in higher vocational colleges, by determining tasks, compiling plans, organizing exercises, and evaluating and summarizing, the students can be guided to cooperate with the team and cultivate their ability of overall emergency management of urban rail transit, so as to achieve the docking between the rail specialty talents cultivation and the enterprise's demand for talents.
