金融发展、政府补助与企业研发投入——基于创业板上市公司的实证研究

摘　　要：以创业板2013—2017年345家企业为数据样本,研究政府补助对企业研发投入的作用,探究地区金融发展水平对政府补助作用的中介效应。实证结果表明:政府补助对企业研发投入产生激励效应;地区金融中介发展水平没有对政府补助激励效应产生明显影响,而且随着地区直接金融发展水平的提高,政府补助的激励效应减弱。Based on the data samples of 345 enterprises from2013 to2017, this paper studies the role of government subsidies on enterprise R&D investment and explores the mediating effect of regional financial development level on government subsidies. The empirical results show that government subsidy has incentive effect on enterprise R&D investment;the development level of regional financial intermediation does not have a significant effect on the incentive effect of government subsidies, and the incentive effect of government subsidies is weakened with the improvement of the level of direct financial development in the region.
