精神分裂症患者血清尿酸水平分析

摘　　要：目的分析精神分裂症患者血清尿酸水平。方法入选2018年1月-2019年1月的精神分裂症患者120例,视为观察组,另外选择同一时间来该院健康体检者120名,视为对照组,通过对两组的血清尿酸水平进行测定,分析精神分裂症患者的血清尿酸变化情况。结果观察组的血清尿酸水平(385.74±60.02)μmol/L明显高于对照组(206.72±10.38)μmol/L,差异有统计学的意义(t=86.428,P<0.05)。观察组中病程超过30年的患者的血清尿酸水平(405.27±60.34)μmol/L明显高于病程小于10年的患者的血清尿酸水平(294.57±30.69)μmol/L,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。男性患者的血清尿酸水平(387.15±57.15)μmol/L明显高于女性患者(269.84±41.25)μmol/L,差异有统计学的意义(t=54.622,P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者的血尿酸水平有明显的增高,男性患者的血尿酸水平较高,病程越长的患者的血尿酸水平越高。Objective To analyze serum uric acid levels in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in the observation group. In addition, 120 patients who were admitted to our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group. The serum uric acid levels were measured to analyze changes in serum uric acid in patients with schizophrenia. Results The serum uric acid level (385.74±60.02)μmol/L in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (206.72±10.38)μmol/L. The difference was statistically significant (t=86.428, P<0.05). Serum uric acid levels (405.27±60.34)μmol/L in patients with more than 30 years duration of disease in the observation group were significantly higher than those in patients with less than 10 years course of the disease (294.57±30.69)μmol/L, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum uric acid level (387.15±57.15)μmol/L was significantly higher in male patients than in female patients (269.84±41.25)μmol/L, and the difference was statistically significant (t=54.622, P<0.05). Conclusion The serum uric acid level of patients with schizophrenia is significantly increased. The blood uric acid level of male patients is higher. The longer the course of the disease, the higher the blood uric acid level.
