摘  要:AGV已大规模在工业和物流业等行业中使用,其管控客户端系统在PC端运行,采用固定工位,存在扩展性差、管控不便等问题。针对上述情况,提出了一种基于Android移动客户端的AGV小车管控方法。首先进行了系统总体架构设计,然后阐述了通信报文格式规范,并开发了中间件服务器程序及Android移动客户端程序。上位机和下位机系统通过基于TCP/IP的Socket通信,实现了跨平台的通信控制,有效解决了多辆AGV小车的并行控制问题。经过功能测试及性能验证,系统工作稳定,具有良好的灵活性及扩展性。AGV has been widely used in industry and logistics industry. The control mode is basically completed on Windows client. It uses fixed workstation, which has some problems such as poor scalability and inconvenience of management and control. In view of the above situation, a control method of AGV based on Android mobile client was proposed. Firstly, the overall scheme and software flow of the system were put forward, then the communication message was designed, and the middleware service program and Android mobile client program were developed. The upper and lower computer systems used Socket communication based on TCP/IP to realize cross-platform communication control, and effectively solved the parallel control problem of multiple AGVs. After functional testing and performance verification, the system worked stably and had good flexibility and expansibility.
