摘  要:目的了解农村订单定向医学生自测健康状况、专业认同及其相关性,为提高农村订单定向医学生健康和专业认同状况以及学校培养工作提供一定的参考依据。方法采用集中施测的现场测试方法,应用自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)和大学生专业认同量表对山东省在校定向医学生进行测试,运用描述性统计分析、t检验、相关分析和多元回归分析对相关统计数据进行统计学处理。结果①定向医学生自测健康总分与3个子量表的得分低于普通大学生、医学生(P<0.01);女生的自测健康状况在各维度的得分优于男生(P<0.01);大一学生自测健康状况明显优于大二学生(P<0.01)。②定向医学生专业认同的整体水平得分低于普通大学生(P<0.01)。③自测健康状况与专业认同之间存在明显的正相关性(P<0.01)。④多元回归分析显示:定向医学生在专业认同因子得分与自测健康之间存在正相关。结论自测健康状况与专业认同各因子之间存在明显的正相关性。Objecttive In the purpose of understanding the self-measured health condition(SMHC),self-identification,and relevant issues for pre-employed students to rural area(PESR)and make college serve them better.Methods We used the self-rated health measurement scale(SRHMS),major self-identification(MSI)scale in fieldwork with centralized measurement,also with the statistical techniques including descriptive statistics,t-test,correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis.Results ①The overall score for SMHC on PESR with three sub-score scales are lower than common students and medical students(P<0.01),the self-measured scores on female students are better than that on male students(P<0.01),and the freshmen are better than sophomores(P<0.01).②The overall score for MSI on PESR are better than common students and medical students(P<0.01).③There exists a positive relationship between SMHC and MSI(P<0.01).④With the multivariate regression analysis,there is also a positive interrelated relationship between SMHC and MSI.Conclusion There is a significant positive correlation between SMHC and MSI.
