摘  要:检验系本科生普遍存在专业文献阅读能力不足的问题,而"临床分子生物学检验"课程的前沿性、复杂性需要学生通过阅读文献掌握和更新知识。团队合作学习(TBL)是一种将学习理论与协同合作学习的方法结合在一起的辩证式教学形式。本研究将TBL应用于医学文献阅读教学中,联合演讲汇报的混合式教学方法,在医学本科"临床分子生物学检验"的教学中予以实践。通过两个阶段的学习实践,89%的学生认为文献阅读研讨课的开展对于临床分子生物学检验学习具有积极帮助,在阅读文献过程中减少学习障碍,提高学习效率。Insufficient reading ability of professional literature among undergraduates of laboratory department is a common problem.The frontier and complexity of the course"Clinical Molecular Biology Testing"requires students to master and update their knowledge through reading literature.Team cooperative learning(TBL)is a dialectical teaching form that combines learning theory with cooperative learning.In this study,TBL combining with presentation was applied in the teaching of medical literature reading.The mixed teaching method was put into practice in the course of Clinical Molecular Biology Testing for medical undergraduates.Through two stages of learning,89% of the students thought that the practice of literature reading seminar is helpful to clinical molecular biology laboratory learning,for it reduced learning obstacles and improved learning efficiency in the process of literature reading.
