摘  要:目的在正畸头影测量的实践教学中应用数字化软件作为教学方法,探索数字化头影测量技术在实践教学中应用的可行性和教学效果。方法在西安交通大学口腔医院120名本科生及参加口腔正畸临床培训的学生中,利用Dolphin数字化头影测量软件进行Steiner、Tweed、Wits等分析法的实践教学,每位学生同时进行传统和数字化头影描绘和测量,回收实验报告及调查问卷,评估数字化头影测量在实践教学中的教学质量及满意度。结果每位同学都能完成实践课程要求内容,实验报告合格率为100%。从完成质量来看,头影描图质量评分没有差异(P>0.05)。常用的头影测量Steiner、Tweed、Wits分析法的测量准确度评分两者也没有差异(P>0.05)。头影测量完成时间两者具有统计学差异(P<0.001),数字化头影测量速度更快。调查问卷发出120份,回收120份,回收率为100%。学生对于教学效果,学习收获和满意度方面评价均高于91%。96.6%的学生认为数字化教学相较于传统的临床教学更适合于头影测量内容的学习;96.6%的学生对Dolphin软件中头影测量相关功能非常感兴趣;100%的学生认为数字化技术可以大大简化繁重的临床工作,并表示将在以后的头影测量描记过程中尽可能使用数字化技术。结论 Dolphin软件在数字化头影测量教学中取得了很好的教学效果和学生满意度,为口腔正畸学数字化教学提供了宝贵经验,值得进一步完善及推广。Objective To apply Dolphin software in orthodontic cephalometric practice teaching,to evaluate the teaching effects and student’s satisfaction.Methods Digital cephalometric practice teaching was carried among 120 stomatology students of Xi’an Jiaotong university.Using Dolphin digital cephalometric measurement software to teaching and practical operation of analysis methods such as Steiner,Tweed,Wits,etc.;teachers will evaluate the teaching quality with experiment reports;students will fill out the questionnaire to evaluate students’ feedback on teaching effect,learning gain and satisfaction.Results According to the score comparison of the traditional and the digital cephalometric experimental reports,120 students have master the technology well,and the qualified rate of the experimental report reached 100%.There are no significant different in drawing quality,accuracy of Steiner,Tweed,Wits analysis(P>0.05).The time they spent were significant different(P<0.001),digital cephalometric is faster than traditional one.There are 120 questionnaires were sent out and returned with a recovery rate of 100%.The questionnaire is higher than 91% in terms of teaching effect,learning gain and satisfaction.The questionnaire showed that 96.6 % of the students thought that the digital teaching was more suitable for learning of the cephalic measurement than the traditional clinical teaching.96.6 percent of the students are very interested in the related functions of Dolphin software for cephalometric measurement.100% of the students thought that digital technology could greatly simplify the heavy clinical work,and indicated that they would use digital technology as much as possible.Conclusion Dolphin software has achieved good effect in teaching and students’ satisfaction in the digital cephalometric practice teaching,providing valuable experience for digital orthodontics teaching,which is worthy of further improvement and promotion.
