摘　　要：目的 探讨miR-335在结直肠癌患者血清及组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 选取98例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,另选取90例同期健康体检人群为对照组,采用RT-PCR法分别检测组织和血清miR-335表达水平,分析miR-335表达与结直肠癌患者临床病理特征的相关性,并探讨miR-335对结直肠癌的诊断效能。结果 结直肠癌组患者血清中miR-335的相对表达量为(0.63±0.18),癌旁正常组织组血清中miR-335的相对表达量为(0.94±0.25),健康对照组血清中miR-335的相对表达量为(1.09±0.34),3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同临床分期、分化程度及是否发生淋巴结转移的结直肠癌患者血清和癌组织中miR-335的相对表达量比较差异显著(P<0.05);不同性别、年龄、肿瘤直径及肿瘤类型的结直肠癌患者血清和癌组织中miR-335的相对表达量比较无显著差异(P>0.05);血清miR-335对结直肠癌的诊断效能受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线下面积为0.837(95%CI:0.602~1.483),诊断灵敏度为93.29%,特异度为80.71%;癌组织miR-335对结直肠癌的诊断效能ROC曲线下面积为0.901(95%CI:0.711~2.169),诊断灵敏度为94.97%,特异度为82.35%。结论 miR-335在结直肠癌患者血清及癌组织中呈低表达,且其表达水平与结直肠癌进展密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of miR-335 in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods 98 patients with colorectal cancer were selected as the research objects, and another 90 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. The expression levels of miR-335 in tissues and serum were detected by RT-PCR, and the correlation between the expression of miR-335 and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with colorectal cancer were analyzed, and the diagnostic efficacy of miR-335 for colorectal cancer was discussed. Results The relative expression level of miR-335 in the serum of patients with colorectal cancer was (0.63±0.18), the relative expression level of miR-335 in the serum of patients with normal paracancer tissues was (0.94±0.25), and the relative expression level of miR-335 in the serum of healthy control group was (1.09±0.34). The differences between the three groups were statistically significant( P <0.05). The relative expression levels of miR-335 in serum and tissues of colorectal cancer patients with different clinical stages, differentiation degrees and lymph node metastasis were significantly different ( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the relative expression of miR-335 in serum and cancer tissues of colorectal cancer patients with different gender, age, tumor diameter and tumor type( P >0.05). The area under the ROC curve of the diagnostic efficacy of serum miR-335 for colorectal cancer was 0.837 (95% CI : 0.602~1.483), the diagnostic sensitivity was 93.29%, and the specificity was 80.71%. The area under the ROC curve of the diagnostic efficacy of miR-335 in colorectal cancer was 0.901 (95% CI : 0.711~2.169), the diagnostic sensitivity was 94.97%, and the specificity was 82.35%. Conclusions miR-335 has a low expression in serum and cancer tissues of patients with colorectal cancer, and its expression level is closely related to the progression of colorectal cancer.
