摘  要:目的评价铸造合金桩核在磨牙残根残冠修复的临床效果。方法选取在成都大学附属医院口腔科就诊经完善根管治疗后磨牙牙冠大部分缺损的患者112例,每组56人,共112颗磨牙;随机分两组:铸造合金桩组(采用铸造合金+金属烤瓷冠修复)和玻璃纤维桩组(玻璃纤维桩+复合树脂+金属烤瓷冠修复),比较两组在临床修复完成后,6、12、18、24个月复诊时桩核折断、脱落及根折情况。结果复诊24个月时,玻璃纤维桩组的桩核脱落率为7.14%和桩核折断率为12.50%均高于铸造合金桩组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组冠根折率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在磨牙残根残冠修复中铸造合金桩核固位力,支持力均优于玻璃纤维桩。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cast alloy post-cores in restoring the residual root and crown of molars. Methods A total of 112 molars in 112 cases with severe molar crown defect after the root canal therapy treated in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University were selected and divided randomly into the cast alloy post-core group and glass-fiber post group with 56 cases in each group. The cast alloy post-core group was treated with cast alloy post-cores and metal porcelain crowns, while the glass-fiber post group was treated with glass-fiber posts, composite resins and metal porcelain crowns. The post-core fracture and shedding and the crown-root fracture in 6, 12, 18 and 24 months after the clinical restoration of teeth were evaluated and compared between the two groups respectively. Results The shedding rates and fracture rates of post-cores in 24 months after the clinical restoration of teeth in the glass-fiber post group were 7.14% and 12.5% respectively and they were significantly higher than those in the cast alloy post-core group ( P< 0.05). There were no significant differences in the crown-root fracture rates between the two groups ( P> 0.05). Conclusion The retaining force and supporting force of cast alloy post-cores are better than those of glass-fiber posts in restoring the residual root and crown of molars.
