摘  要:扭转振动是造成传动系统设备破坏的主要原因之一,容易造成传动部件的疲劳损坏,降低其使用寿命。针对这个问题,建立纯电动拖拉机机电耦合传动系统扭转振动模型,分析内功率因数角对机电耦合作用下传动系统固有频率的影响,利用多尺度法求解振动方程主共振情况下的一次近似解,给出系统主共振幅频响应曲线,揭示永磁同步电机参数对传动系统主共振的影响。研究结果表明:如果内功率因数角从0增大到π/2、安匝数从0. 4×10^5增大到1. 2×10^5、极对数从1增大到3、磁饱和系数从1. 7减小到1. 4,这些电磁参数的改变导致传动系统共振以及不稳定区域的增大,传动系统可能会出现鞍结分岔及跳跃等现象,对传动部件造成疲劳损害。Torsional vibration is one of the main causes of damage to the transmission system equipment,which is easy to cause fatigue damage of transmission parts and reduce its service life.Aiming at this problem,the torsional vibration model of the electromechanical coupling transmission system for pure electric tractor was established in this paper. The influence of internal power factor angle on the natural frequency of electromechanical coupling transmission system was analyzed. Multiscale method was employed to solve the first approximate solution of the vibration equation under the condition of primary resonance,and the amplitude-frequency response of the primary resonance was given according to this solution. Moreover,the influence of PMSM parameters on the primary resonance of transmission system was revealed. The results showed that if the internal power factor angle increased from 0 to π/2,the winding ampere number increased from 0. 4 × 10~5 to 1. 2 × 10~5,the pole-logarithm increased from 1 to 3,and the magnetic saturation coefficient decreased from 1. 7 to1. 4,the changes of these electromagnetic parameters may lead to the increase of resonance and unstable region of the transmission system. In addition,some complex phenomena such as saddle-knot bifurcation and amplitude jump may occur in the transmission system,causing fatigue damage to the transmission components.
