摘　　要：农村实用人才统计问题关系到农村人才发展规划的制定和“三农”问题的解决。当前的农村实用人才统计存在标准不统一、认定不科学、重复统计以及积极性不高等问题。在借鉴国内外经验的基础上,本文提出明确农村实用人才统计的目的和意义,坚持以用为本的原则,以激励保障措施为前提,构建人才工作信息化平台,加强统计工作培训教育等建议,强化认识,加强领导等措施来完善农村实用人才统计过程中出现的问题。The statistics of rural practical talents is essential for the rural talents development plan and the solving of "rural, agriculture, and farmers" questions. Currently, there are many problems in rural practical talents statistics, such as no statistical standards, no scientific definition, repeat statistics, and the workers' interests is low, and so on. Based on the literature review and the experience of domestics and foreign countries, this article puts forwards the suggestions as followings: making clear the aim and meaning of rural practical talents statistics, insisting on the principle of using the talents as foundation, taking the premise of incentive approaches, constructing the talents management information platform, strengthening the statistical training, recognizing the importance of rural talents statistics, strengthening the management. These approaches could be helpful to solve the problems in rural practical talents statistics.
