摘　　要：以陕西省渭南地区为例,在梳理渭南文化资源构成的基础上,阐述了渭南文化的推介价值和现状。在“一带一路”倡议实施契机下,地方高校应发挥优秀智库优势,助力地方文化深入挖掘与创新,并依托现代科技推广本土文化,积极发挥文化堡垒作用,引导师生和民众树立社会主义核心价值观,守护好地方文化安全。A case study on local cultures' spread and promotion by local universities has been conducted in Weinan District, Shaanxi Province. Based on the analysis of Weinan's cultural resources and its present propagation, it was found that fostered by "The Belt and Road-construction ,local universities should make good use of the professional advantages and provide expert help in exploring and innovating local cultures .Meanwhile, with the application of the modem technologies to the spread and promotion of local cultures, local universities should also play the role of cultural fortress, namely, ensuring the cultural safety by guiding the students and teachers, as well as the local public, to the establishment of the Chinese socialist core values.
