摘 要:利用富集培养法从高氨氮废水中分离得到1株高效氨氮降解菌,命名为LSH2。通过形态、生理生化特性和16SrRNA基因序列分析,初步鉴定为产碱杆菌。脱氮实验结果显示:当溶解氧值(Dissolved Oxygen,DO)为4.0~6.0mg/L,培养24h时,可使初始浓度为121mg/L的氨氮下降到17mg/L,氨氮去除率达86%。以组合载体为填料,挂膜后对污水进行处理,停留时间48h,氨氮去除率可达87%。针对该菌的研究对建立脱氮体系有积极意义。A high-efficiency bacterial strain named LSH2 was isolated from the high ammonia nitrogen wastewater by enrichment culture.Strain LSH2 was identified as Alcaligenes according to morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics,and the analysis of partial 16S rRNA gene sequence. The result showed that when the DO was at the range of 4.0-6.0 mg/L,the ammonia nitrogen can be reduced from 121 mg/L to 17 mg/L,the removal rate reached 86% under incubation time of 24 h.The wastewater was treated by this bacterial which were packed in film,when HRT was 48 h,the removal rate was up to 87%. The study on the bacteria has positive significance for the establishment of nitrogen removal system.
