摘 要:在平菇生产中,为了达到预期防虫效果,会在拌料时添加一些农药,如毒死蜱。为找出毒死蜱在平菇生产中的迁移规律,特按生产剂量在拌料时加入,于各个生产节点取样、送检。发现无论是熟料生产,还是发酵料生产,子实体中均检测不到毒死蜱残留;随着生产进行,发酵料中毒死蜱残留呈降低态势。生产结束,培养料中均有毒死蜱残留,对环境安全造成威胁。In order to achieve expected insect-resistant effect, pesticide, such as chlorpyrifos, will be used in the production process of Pleurotus ostreatus. According to the guidance dose, chlorpyrifos was added in the mixture stage, and samples were taken in each production node, then inspection were done to find out the migration patterns of chlorpyrifos in the production process of P. ostreatus. The results showed that both in the sterilized materials and fermentation materials production processes, there were no chlorpyrifos residues in fruiting body. The residues of chlorpyrifos was lower and lower in the production process of termen tation materials production process. At the end of the production process, the residues of chlorpyrifos were found in the culture materials which posed a threat to environmental safety.
