摘　　要：目的探讨血浆N-端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)预测老年脑梗死患者预后的临床价值。方法择取2017年1月—2018年12月该院120例老年脑梗死患者,依据预后不同分为存活组和死亡组,对比观察两组以及存活组不同神经功能缺损患者的血浆NT-proBNP水平。结果存活组轻中重度神经功能缺损患者血浆NT-proBNP呈上升趋势,平均血浆NT-proBNP(779.4±286.3)ng/mL显著低于死亡组(1 385.2±397.5)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=25.971,P<0.05)。结论老年脑梗死患者血浆NT-proBNP水平与预后存在相关性,可作为评估患者预后及神经功能康复情况的有效实验室指标加以推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in predicting the prognosis of elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 120 elderly patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the survival group and the death group according to the prognosis. The plasma NT-proBNP levels in the two groups and the surviving patients with different neurological deficits were compared. Results The plasma NT-proBNP was increased in the patients with mild to severe neurological deficit in the survival group. The mean plasma NT -proBNP (779.4± 286.3) ng/mL was significantly lower than that in the death group (1 385.2±397.5) ng/L. The difference was statistically significant.(t=25.971, P<0.05). Conclusion There is a correlation between plasma NT-proBNP level and prognosis in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. It can be used as an effective laboratory index to evaluate the prognosis and neurological rehabilitation of patients.
