摘  要:为了提高注塑机机筒温度控制的稳定性、提高机筒温度控制精度,提出了一种模糊自适应比例积分微分(PID)的注塑机温度实时控制方法。采用热电偶传感器对机筒温度信号进行采集,并将其传送到控制器中通过模糊自适应PID控制运算,将采集信号进行数模转换后,自动地对加热系统进行精确控制。最后,利用Matlab软件对模糊PID和传统PID控制系统进行了仿真对比,并对温度实时数据进行了分析。结果表明:模糊PID控制系统动态响应更快、稳态性能更好,实际温度控制精度更高。A real-time temperature control method based on fuzzy self-tuning proportion integration differentiation(PID) was proposed to improve the stability and the accuracy of barrel temperature control in injection molding machine.The barrel temperature signal was collected by thermocouple sensor and transmitted to the controller for calculation through fuzzy self-tuning PID control operation.The heating system was automatically controlled after digital-analog conversion of the collected signal.The fuzzy PID and traditional PID control systems were simulated and compared by Matlab and the real-time temperature data were analyzed. The results show that the fuzzy PID control system performs better in dynamic response,steady-state and actual temperature control.
