灵龟八法开穴针刺治疗突发性耳聋的短期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察对比灵龟八法针刺与普通针刺结合西医常规治疗突发性耳聋的效果。方法将90例突发性耳聋患者随机分3组,每组30例。观察组采用灵龟八法按时针刺配合西药常规治疗,对照组采用普通针刺配合西药常规治疗,药物组采用单纯西药常规治疗。结果3组治疗第8天、第15天电测听平均值与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第8天时电测听恢复值与药物组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第15天时电测听恢复值与药物组和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组第15天时电测听恢复值与药物组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者治疗第8天、第15天耳鸣分级与同组入院时比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗第15天耳鸣分级与对照组、药物组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组愈显率高于对照组、药物组(P<0.05));观察组和对照组总有效率均高于药物组(P<0.05)。结论常规针刺短期内能提高突发性耳聋听力治疗效果,在提高耳鸣治疗效果上不明显。而灵龟八法针刺无论在提高患者听力、改善耳鸣疗效上,还是在治疗耳聋的起效时间上,均比常规针刺优势,能更好地提高治疗效果。Objective To compare the efficacy between Ling Gui Ba Fa (eight magic turtle techniques) and ordinary acupuncture plus conventional Western medicine treatment for sudden hearing loss. Method Ninety patients suffering sudden hearing loss were randomized into three groups, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was intervened by acupuncture following Ling Gui Ba Fa plus conventional Western medication;the control group was given ordinary acupuncture plus conventional Western medication;the medication group received Western medication alone. Result The mean audiometry value changed significantly compared with the baseline at treatment day 8 and treatment day 15 in the three groups (P<0.05). The restored hearing in audiometry of the observation group was significantly different from that of the medication group at treatment day 8 (P<0.05);the restored hearing in the observation group was significantly different from that in the medication and control groups at treatment day 15 (P< 0.05), and the difference between the control group and the medication group was statistically significant (P<0.05). The tinnitus grading changed significantly compared with the baseline at treatment day 8 and day 15 in the three groups (P<0.05);the tinnitus grading in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group and medication group at treatment day 15 (P<0.05). The markedly effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and medication group (P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group and control group was higher than that in the medication group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ordinary acupuncture can enhance the treatment efficacy in a short term for sudden hearing loss but its efficacy is insignificant in improving tinnitus. Acupuncture with Ling Gui Ba Fa shows advantage and more significant efficacy in improving hearing and tinnitus with rapid action compared with ordinary acupuncture.
