摘　　要：根据药学教育发展的现状,针对制药工程专业“KAP三位一体”实践教学体系的实施,通过不断更新实践教学内容,改革实践教学内容和手段,进一步加强实践教学管理。加强教学,增强学生的实验实践能力,促进创新意识和创新能力的培养。根据制药工程专业的性质、人才的市场需求和人才的发展趋势,制定了学生自主选择的不同职业方向,以达到分流培养的目的。这种培养模式的探索与实践,有效地促进了制药工程专业应用型人才的培养。According to the present situation of pharmaceutical education development for pharmaceutical engineering specialty “KAP trinity” the implementation of practical teaching system construction,through constantly updating teaching content,reform teaching content and teaching means,to further improve the teaching management,to strengthen the students' experimental ability,promote the cultivation of innovative consciousness and innovative ability. According to the specialty nature of pharmaceutical engineering,the market demand for talents and the trend of talents,different career directions that students can independently choose are set up to achieve the goal of diversion training.The exploration and practice of this training mode effectively promoted the cultivation of applied talents in pharmaceutical engineering major of the university.
