摘 要:随着医学教育的不断发展,传统的医学教育模式难以满足现阶段医学生的学习需求,迫切需要改革。形成性评价应用于诊断学实验教学能够提高学生学习的主动性,有助于教学质量的提升。以计算机为基础的医学教育大数据分析技术已发展为新型的医学教育模式。以教学、训练、考核、评价、管理等大数据技术为基础的综合数据管理平台,可以智能化的对学习全过程进行形成性评价。它与诊断学实验教学的有机结合能够真正的实现以学生为中心的教学目标,从根本上提高教学效率和质量。因此,基于医学教育大数据背景下构建的形成性评价体系的应用将会为诊断学实验教学带来新的曙光,是诊断学实验教学改革的重要举措之一。With the rapid development of medical education,the traditional medical education model is difficult to meet the learning needs of medical students at present,and reform is urgently needed.The application of formative evaluation in diagnostics experiment teaching can not only improve both students' learning initiative ,but also build up teachers' teaching quality.Now,computer-based medical education big data analysis technology has developed into a new medical education model.The comprehensive data management platform which based on big data technology such as teaching,training,assessment,evaluation and management can intelligently form a formative evaluation of the whole process of students' learning.Once it is combined with the diagnostics experiment teaching,it can truly achieve the student-centered teaching goal, and improve the efficiency and quality of teaching fundamentally.Therefore,the application of the formative evaluation system based on medical education big data will bring a new dawn to the experimental teaching of diagnostics,and it is one of the important measures for the reform of diagnostics experiment teaching.
