摘  要:设计了以激光作为导引方式的自动导引运输车(automated guided vehicle,AGV)系统,本系统包括小车模块和激光发射系统两部分,通过激光发射系统发射激光,小车模块接收激光来实现无需反光板的激光导引,克服了以往需要在沿途设置反光板的缺陷,更有利于在一些特殊的工作场合作业.激光发射系统中含有两个轴系的转台,可以实现俯仰和水平面内无死角的激光发射,导引更精准;执行机构由H-MSD4805步进电机驱动器通过驱动Namiki直流伺服空心杯减速电机来实现,抗干扰能力强;本AGV系统使用性能可靠,使用范围更广.A laser-guided AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle) system is designed.The system consists of a car module and a laser launching system.The laser guidance without the reflecting plate is realized by transmitting laser from the laser launching system and receiving laser from the car module,which overcomes the shortcomings of setting reflecting plate along the way in the past and is more conducive to one laser launching system on some special work occasions.The laser launching system contains two shafting turntables,which can realize the laser launching without dead angle in pitch and water level and guide more accurately.The actuator is realized by driving the H-MSD 4805 stepper motor drive by driving the Namiki servo hollow cup decelerating motor.The anti-interference ability is strong.This AGV system has reliable performance and a wider range of uses.
