摘 要:传统自动气象站运行质量主要依靠报文到报率、业务可用性等简单指标进行评价,未考虑各组成部件对设备整机正常运行的影响,也不便于对自动气象站的运行维护工作进行评价。为了更客观而有效的评价自动气象站运行状态,提出了模糊层次分析法。通过对自动气象站部件进行层次划分,得出各部件对自动气象站正常运行影响的权重,采用各部件平均无故障率及隶属度函数,计算各部件隶属度,并在此基础上,利用各部件隶属度及权重,得到自动气象站综合评估隶属度与评价等级。the operation quality of the traditional automatic weather station mainly depends on simple indexes such as message to report rate,service availability, etc..It does not consider the influence of each component on the normal operation of the equipment,nor is it convenient to evaluate the operation and maintenance of the automatic weather station.In order to evaluate the operation status of automatic weather station more objectively and effectively,a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was proposed.By dividing the components of the automatic weather station,the weight of each component on the normal operation of the automatic weather station is obtained.The average failure rate and membership function of each component are used to calculate the membership of each component.On this basis,The membership and weight of each component are used to obtain the comprehensive evaluation of the membership and evaluation level of the automatic weather station.
