高校财务人员轮岗利弊分析

摘　　要：高校对财务管理工作的重视度逐渐增强,各高校财务人员应实施会计轮岗制度,该制度在应用管理过程中利弊共存。本文主要是针对高校财务人员轮岗制度的利弊展开深入的分析,并且指出高校财务人员轮岗制度的应用对策,以此更好地提高高校的财务管理水平。The importance of financial management in universities is gradually strengthened,and the financial personnel in universities should implement the accounting rotation system,in which the advantages and disadvantages coexist in the process of management practice.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the financial personnel rotation system in universities,pointing out the coping measures in the financial personnel rotation system in universities,so as to improve the level of financial management in universities.
