摘 要:党的十九大明确提出实施乡村振兴战略。2015年,习近平总书记提出了“供给侧结构性改革”思想。涉农高职院校是乡村振兴战略人才供给的主要途径,应积极破解供给与需求错位、理论与实践脱节、人才供给质量欠佳等问题。与乡村振兴战略对接,着力涉农专业集群的升级;与实践教学结合,着力教育支持体系的构建;与社会服务同行,着力技术研发与推广;面向现代农业办学,整合教育资源,为农村输送大量懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的“三农”人才。Rural vitalization strategy was explicitly advanced in the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In 2015,the thought for supply-side reform was put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping.Being the main providers of talents for the rural vitalization strategy,agriculture-related higher vocational colleges should actively solve the issues like the mismatch between supply and demand,the disconnection between theory and practice,and the poor quality of talents supply.Combined with the rural vitalization strategy,related colleges should devote to the upgrade for agriculture-related major groups.Together with practical teaching,colleges should focus on the construction of education supporting systems.Combined with social services,more attention should be paid to the research,development and promotion of technology.Colleges should be run in line with modern agriculture, and educational resources should be integrated to convey a large number of "three rural" talents who understand agriculture,love the countryside and love farmers for the countryside.
