理气和胃清幽汤治疗幽门螺杆菌感染性胃病临床疗效及对幽门螺杆菌清除率的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究幽门螺杆菌感染性胃病患者采用理气和胃清幽汤治疗的临床效果以及幽门螺杆菌清除率。方法该院选取2015年5月—2018年12月172例幽门螺杆菌感染性胃病患者,根据信封法随机分为研究组(n=86)和常规组(n=86),其中常规西药治疗对象,定义为常规组,采用理气和胃清幽汤治疗对象,定义为研究组。分析临床效果。结果研究组总有效率为(98.84%),常规组总有效率为(90.70%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.745,P=0.017);研究组治疗1、2、3月的幽门螺杆菌清除率分别为(93.02%)、(96.51%)、(98.84%),常规组治疗1、2、3个月的幽门螺杆菌清除率分别为(80.23%)、(83.72%)、(86.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.073、7.898、10.069,P=0.014、0.005、0.002)。结论对幽门螺杆菌感染性胃病患者采用理气和胃清幽汤干预,治疗效果显著,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effects of Liqi Heweiqingyou decoction in patients with Helicobacter pylori-infected stomach disease and the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori.Methods From May 2015 to December 2018,172 patients with Helicobacter pylori-infected stomach disease were randomly divided into study group(n=86)and routine group(n=86)according to the envelope method,defined as the regular group,treated with Liqi Heweiqingyou Decoction,defined as the study group.Analyze clinical outcomes.Results The total effective rate of the study group was(98.84%).The total effective rate of the conventional group was(90.70%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.745,P=0.017).The clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori in the study group was 1,2,and 3 months respectively(93.02%),(96.51%),(98.84%),the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori in the conventional group for treatment of 1,2,and 3 months was(80.23%),(83.72%),(86.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.073,7.898,10.069,P=0.014,0.005,0.002).Conclusion The patients with Helicobacter pylori-infected stomach disease are treated with Liqi Heweiqingyou Decoction,and the treatment effect is remarkable.It is worthy of promotion.
