摘　　要：目的研究探讨无创正压通气联合血液净化对重症急性胰腺炎合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者的治疗效果。方法本次研究以2017年1月—2018年6月收治的80例重症急性胰腺炎合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予无创正压通气治疗,观察组给予无创正压通气联合血液净化治疗,分析并对比两组的疗效。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,治疗后观察组的呼吸功能指标等优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的炎症因子优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对重症急性胰腺炎合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者进行无创正压通气联合血液净化治疗,效果显著。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation combined with blood purification on patients with severe acute pancreatitis complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).Methods In this study,80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome admitted from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each.The control group was given non-invasive positive pressure.Ventilation therapy, observation group was given non-invasive positive pressure ventilation combined with blood purification treatment,analysis and comparison of the efficacy of the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The respiratory function index of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The TNF-a,CRP and IL-6 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. Statistically significant,P < 0.05.Conclusion Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation combined with blood purification treatment for patients with severe acute pancreatitis complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome has significant effects.
