摘  要:目的探讨CT引导下微创YL-1型颅内血肿穿刺针联合尿激酶治疗极高海拔地区高血压脑出血(HICH)的临床效果。方法选取阿里地区人民医院收治的24例在CT引导下行YL-1型颅内血肿穿刺针联合尿激酶治疗的HICH患者作为研究对象,分析患者的临床效果。结果患者术后5 d血肿体积平均减少率为53.6%。术后随访1个月,死亡率为16.67%,术后GOS评分(4.0±0.4)分显著高于术前的(2.0±0.3)分(P<0.05)。结论 CT引导下微创YL-1型颅内血肿穿刺针联合尿激酶治疗HICH具有定位准确、血肿清除率高等优点,利于患者脑组织功能的恢复,可以作为极高海拔地区治疗HICH的选择。Objective To explore the clinical effect of CT-guided minimally invasive YL-1 type intracranial hematoma puncture needle combined with urokinase on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (HICH) at extremely high altitude region. Methods A total of 24 HICH patients admitted in the People's Hospital of Ali Prefecture were selected as research objects, who received CT-guided minimally invasive YL-1 type intracranial hematoma puncture needle combined with urokinase treatment. The clinical effect of patients were analyzed. Results At 5 day after operation, the average reduction rate of hematoma volume was 53.6%. After 1 month follow-up, the mortality rate was 16.67%;the postoperative GOS score was (4.0±0.4) points, which was significantly higher than (2.0±0.3) points before operation (P<0.05). Conclusion CT-guided minimally invasive YL-1 type intracranial hematoma puncture needle combined with urokinase minimally on HICH has advantages of accurate positioning and high hematoma clearance rate. It is conducive to the recovery of brain tissue function of patients, which may be used of treatment option for HICH in extremely high altitude region.
