摘 要:为了有效提高轨道交通车辆门的运行性能,在分析传统方波脉宽调制(PWM)在控制电机时转矩脉动、效率低等缺点的基础上,介绍了空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的控制理论与原理,并选用电流环、速度环双闭环方案,通过参数的最优选取实现车门速度的快速跟踪及实时调整。目前该技术成功应用于车辆门的运行,车门以稳定的速度进行平滑的开关门运动。结果证明,SVPWM技术是一种可以降低抖动及噪音,提升效率的车辆门控制方式,对整车的运行有着十分重要的意义。In order to effectively improve the operation performance of rail transit vehicle door,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) in controlling motor,such as torque ripple and low efficiency,introducing the control theory and principle of Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation(SVPWM),choosing current loop and speed loop as double closed-loop control scheme,through the optimal selection of parameters to achieve fast tracking and real-time adjustment of speed.Currently,it is successfully applied to the operation of vehicle door,the door moves smoothly at a steady speed.The result shows that SVPWM technology is a way to reduce the dithering and noise,and improve the efficiency of vehicle door control,having a very important significance to the operation of the vehicle.
