摘　　要：目的:探讨癫痫患者的脑电图放电检出与否和血超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量之间的关系。方法:选择江苏省淮安市第三人民医院2015年10月至2018年8月癫痫发作已经得到控制的患者115例,复查长程视频脑电图,根据脑电图检出癫痫样放电与否分为阳性组和阴性组,同时选择20例健康志愿者作为对照组,比较其血hs-CRP水平。结果:脑电图阳性组较阴性组血hs-CRP浓度明显增高(2.1±0.8比1.1±0.3),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:癫痫患者脑电图癫痫样放电可能与炎症机制有关,血hs-CRP可作为简便经济的癫痫生物学标志物之一。Objective: To explore the relationship between epileptiform discharge detected by electroencephalography(EEG) and blood high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels in patients with epilepsy.Methods: One hundred and fifteen patients with epileptic seizures had been controlled from October 2015 to August 2018 in Huaian Third People's Hospital were entrolled in the study.According to whether epileptiform discharges detected by EEG were divided into positive group and negative group.At the same time,20 healthy volunteers were selected as control group.The blood hs-CRP levels were compared among the three groups.Result: The blood hs-CRP concentration was significantly higher in positive group than that in negative group (2.1±0.8 vs. 1.1±0.3),with statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Epileptiform discharge in patients with epilepsy may be related to the mechanism of inflammation.The blood hs-CRP can be used as one of the simple and economical biomarkers for epilepsy.
