摘 要:为提高互联电网暂态失稳故障状态下解列控制效果,提出一种在线主动解列控制策略,实现有计划地对失稳状态下电力系统进行解列控制。首先,对电力系统运行状态进行分析,并给出失稳状态下基于轨迹特征根算法和解列断面搜索算法的电力系统解列分群策略。随后,根据孤岛功率特性,制订解列之后的孤岛功率调整策略,以保证解列后孤岛系统稳定,有效地实现了故障失稳下电力系统的主动解列,提高了电力系统的安全稳定性。最后结合新英格兰10机39节点算例分析,验证了所提在线主动解列控制策略的可行性。To improve the effect of splitting control in case of transient instability of the interconnected power network,an online active splitting control strategy was proposed to realize scheduled splitting control over the power system in case of instability.Firstly,the operational status of the power system was analyzed,and a power system splitting/de-clustering strategy was given on the basis of on the trajectory characteristic root algorithm and the splitting surface search algorithm for the power system in its unstable state.Then,according to the island power characteristics,the island power adjustment strategy was formulated after splitting,so as to ensure the stability of the island system after splitting,thus effectively realizing active splitting of the power system in its instable status and improving the safety and stability of the power system.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed online active splitting control strategy was verified with the help of a 10-machine 39-node example in New England.
