摘  要:目前,测量食品包装材料中甲醛含量的主要方法是分光光度法,如:盐酸苯肼分光光度法、乙酰丙酮分光光度法、变色酸分光光度法等。其余诸如气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法等则是由于仪器设备及方法的局限性,较常用于痕量甲醛的测定。文中基于分光光度法测定食品包装材料中甲醛含量的方法进行归纳总结,分析其各自存在的优缺点,并对影响检验结果的干扰因素进行了探讨,如显色时间及温度,浸泡条件等。At present,the main methods of determinate formaldehyde in food packaging materials are spectrophotometry,such as phenylhydrazine hydrochloride spectrophotometry,acetylacetone spectrophotometry,chromotropic acid spectrophotometry,etc.Others,such as gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography are often used for the determination of trace formaldehyde,it’s due to the limitations of instruments and methods.This paper summarizes the methods of determining formaldehyde in food packaging materials by spectrophotometry,analyses the advantages and disadvantages of these methods,and discuss the interference factors of affecting the test results,such as the time and temperature,soaking conditions,etc.
