摘  要:以目前我国生猪屠宰企业猪副产品的加工现状为背景,从现有的加工现状,来阐述行业转型及市场消费需求倒逼下,猪副产品加工所面临的发展趋势和变革,满足新时代公众对猪副产品的新需求。同时预测猪副产品的未来将朝着便捷化、集约化、精深加工等趋势发展,市场前景广阔。The current processing status of pig by-products in Chinas pig slaughtering enterprises was taken as background. The current processing status explained that under the industry transformation and market consumption demand, and the processing of pig by-products faced with new development trend and reform. The new demands of the public in the new era for pig by-products was met. At the same time, it was predicted that the future of pig by-products would develop towards convenience, intensification, intensive processing and others, and market prospect was wide.
