跨境电商视角下的高职商务英语专业人才培养路径研究

摘　　要：跨境电商行业的飞速发展为商务英语专业带来了新的机遇,同时也带来了挑战。原有的商务英语专业人才培养模式难以满足跨境电商行业的人才需求,商务英语专业需要创新人才培养路径,明确人才培养目标,推进课程体系改革,推进校企深度融合,加强教师队伍建设,以提高人才培养质量,满足跨境电商行业需求。The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry has brought new opportunities as well as challenges to business English major. The original talent cultivation mode of business English is difficult to meet the needs of cross-border e-commerce industry. Managers of business English major should innovate a new way to cultivate talents, specify talents cultivation objectives, promote the reform of curriculum system, advance the deep integration of schools and enterprises and strengthen the construction of teacher team, in order to improve the quality of talents and satisfy the needs of cross-border e-commerce industry.
