高校后勤工程管理的“三方参与”模式

摘　　要：在高等院校后勤工程管理实践工作中,引入机构自由度的理念,能够形成科学有效的管理机制,提升后勤保障水平。“三方参与”管理模式,更有利于夯实工程管理制度的基石,从制度和人性方面提高工程管理的透明度和创造性,使后勤工程管理能可靠、高效地服务于高等教育事业。In the practice of logistics engineering management in colleges and universities, the concept of institutional freedom is introduced to ensure the sustainable development of colleges and universities, form a scientific and effective management mechanism, and improve the level of logistics support. The “three-party participation” management model consolidates the cornerstone of the project management system, improves the transparency and creativity of project management from the aspects of system and humanity, and makes the logistics engineering management reliably and efficiently serve for the higher vocational education.
