摘　　要：全面从严治党和全面依法治国视阈下,党内法规制度建设是加强党自身建设的长远之策和根本保障。十八大以来,党内法规制度建设工作全方位立体化推进,不仅呈现出了新的特点,也取得了历史性新成就。党内法规制度建设的成功实践,对于推进高校党建工作意义重大、影响深远、启示深刻。Law and regulation construction of the Party is the long-term policy and fundamental guarantee for strengthening the Party’s building from the perspective of strictly administering the Party and comprehensively ruling the country by laws.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the construction of internal laws and regulations has been promoted in all-round and three-dimensional way with new characteristics and historic achievements.Successful practice of the construction of inner-party laws and regulations influences the Party building of universities with great and profound significance and enlightenment.
