摘 要:目的:探讨立体教学法在妇产科临床见习教学中的应用价值。方法:随机选取具有可比性的立体教学法教学实验组(56人)和传统教学对照组(55人),教学实验组采用立体教学法带教见习,对照组则采用传统的见习教学方法。学期结束后统一进行教学效果评估,两班均采取综合考核的评估方法。结果:两组综合考核成绩比较,实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:立体教学法不仅提升学生对医学知识的理解及掌握,同时还可以提高学生的学习兴趣和效率,增强师生互动,有利于提高学生综合分析问题的能力以及临床思维能力。Objective: To explore the application value of stereoscopic teaching method in the teaching of clinical probation of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: The comparative stereoscopic teaching experiment class (56 students) and the traditional teaching control class (55 students) were randomly selected. The stereoscopic teaching method was used in the experimental class and the traditional teaching method was used in the control class. At the end of the term, the teaching effect was evaluated, and the comprehensive assessment methcxi was adopted in both classes. Results: Compared with the control group, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05),and the difference was significant compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The stereoscopic teaching method can not only improve students‘understanding and mastery of medical knowledge,but also improve their interest and efficiency in learning, and enhance the interaction between teachers and students, which is beneficial to the improvement of students’ability of comprehensive analysis of problems and the ability of clinical thinking.
