摘  要:组建种子内训师与骨干内训师两级团队,利用微格教学、专题讲座等方法培养骨干内训师;建立4级管理体系,明确激励机制与退出机制,全面管理内训师团队.截止2018年,全院共完成品管圈活动近1100圈,参与人员数超过13000人次,拟定对策3600余项,建立标准作业书1700余份.内训师团队的建立与管理,可以较好地提升质量持续改进活动水平.A two-level team of seed trainers and core internal trainers was established, and key internal trainers were trained by microteaching, special lectures, etc. Furthermore, a four-level management system was established, and the incentive mechanism and exit mechanism was clarified to comprehensively manage the internal trainer team. By 2018, the hospital had completed nearly 1,100 quality control circle activities, involving more than 13,000 participants, drafting more than 3,600 countermeasures, and establishing more than 1,700 standard operating books. The establishment and management of the internal trainer team can better improve the level of quality continuous improvement activities.
