摘　　要：质量和质量保障机制是职业培训发展的一个永恒主题,也是政府购买职业培训倍受关注的话题之一。近几年来,宁波市政府购买职业培训的实践中在质量保障机制方面积累了许多成功的经验,但仍有许多方面的问题或困境函待研究解决,要真正提高宁波市政府购买职业培训的质量,必须加快完善其质量保障机制。Quality and quality assurance mechanism is an eternal theme in the development of vocational training, and it is also one of the most concerned topics in the purchase of vocational training by the government. In recent years, Ningbo Municipal Government has accumulated a lot of successful experience in the practice of purchasing vocational training in Ningbo Municipal Government in terms of quality assurance mechanism, but there are still many problems or dilemmas to be studied and solved. In order to really improve the quality of Ningbo Municipal Govemmentundefineds purchase vocational training, we must speed up and improve its quality assurance mechanism.
