摘　　要：习近平关于青年工作重要论述是对马克思主义青年工作思想的发展和深化、是习近平个人成长奋斗经历的折射和升华,也是时代发展的必然要求。习近平关于青年工作重要论述主体性内容内涵丰富、体大思精,他以晴雨表论、总钥匙论、补钙论、扣子论、灌浆论等生动比喻,科学阐释了新时代青年工作的基本价值遵循。新时代党的青年工作要保持正确方向,必须要“学懂弄通”习近平关于青年工作重要论述,以持续的“补钙”教育引导青年坚定马克思主义信仰,以“吃盐”的教育艺术创新青年思想政治教育范式。Xin Jinping’s important statement on youth work develops and deepens Marxist thought on youth work, reflects and sublimates Xi’s individual growing and struggling experience, and also represents the inevitable requirement of era development. The main content of Xi’s statement has rich layers of meaning, and it also broad in conception and meticulous in details. He precisely explains the basic value of youth work for a new era by using similes, such as theory of barometer, passkey, calcium supplement, button and cement etc. Youth work in the new era should follow the correct direction, master Xin Jinping’s important statement on youth work, guide the youth to firmly believe Marxism through persistent education, and create new teaching forms through daily teaching art.
