摘　　要：在进行商务英语合同翻译时,应充分利用功能对等理论,是保证翻译准确性的关键.本文加大了对功能对等理论下商务英语合同翻译的研究,在国际化环境中,对商务英语合同的需求越来越多,需要保证合同翻译有效性,为今后各项事务处理提供依据,突出英语翻译风格和特点.When translating business English contracts, we should make full use of the theory of functional equivalence, which is the key to ensure the accuracy of translation. This paper focuses on the translation of business English contracts under the functional equivalence theory. In the international environment, there is an increasing demand for business English contracts. It is necessary to ensure the validity of contract translation, to provide a basis for future affairs, and to highlight the style and characteristics of English translation.
