摘　　要：2016年以来,全国异地就医结算系统逐步建立。随着异地就医直接结算人数快速增加,在运行中遇到许多问题,流程尚需完善。通过对北京医院开展异地就医直接结算的情况进行分析,并对工作中遇到的问题进行总结,提出相应的设想和方法。异地就医政策宣传亟待加强,并可通过信息化建设帮助其更好地实施。Since 2016, the countrywide settlement system for ofTsite medical treatment had been gradually established. With the rapid increase in the number of direct settlement of medical treatment in different places, there were some problems in operation, and the process needed to be improved. Through the analysis of the situation of direct settlement of medical treatment in different places in Beijing Hospital, the problems encountered in the work were summarized, and the corresponding ideas and methods were put forward. The propaganda of medical policy in different places needed to be strengthened urgently, which could be better implemented through information construction.
