摘　　要：目前,“激励式阶梯法”在企、事业单位的管理层中,学校的教育等各领域得到广泛运用,但是这种方法在体育教学中运用的不是很多。笔者将“激励式阶梯法”引入高校乒乓球选修课中,探索“激励式阶梯教学”的培养方法。At present, the “incentive ladder method” is widely used in the management of enterprises and institutions, and the education of schools, but this method is not used in physical education. The author introduces the “incentive ladder method” into the college table tennis elective course, and explores the training method of “incentive ladder teaching”.
