来华留学生对中国电力企业“走出去”的作用

摘　　要："一带一路"倡议为中国电力企业"走出去"提供了前所未有的机遇,但也面临着诸多挑战。来华留学生的在华学习经历和中外交流经验及其在母国的身份语言优势能够为中国电力企业"走出去"提供强大的人才支撑。来华留学生可以为中电力企业"走出去"节约用人成本,提供技术支持,最重要的是为中国电力企业"走出去"提供跨文化的语言翻译和沟通交流,运用其在本国的公共关系资源,为中国电力企业"走出去"做好安全向导、商务谈判、开拓市场等,改善与当地社会民众的关系,取得当地社会民众的信任,从而提升中国电力企业在当地的社会责任形象。The"Belt and Road Initiative"provides an unprecedented opportunity for Chinese power companies in"Going Out",but it also faces many challenges.The study experience of international students studying in China and the exchange experience between China and foreign countries and their identity language in their mother country can provide strong talent support for Chinese power companies in"Going Out".International students studying in China can save the cost of employee for the Chinese power companies in"Going Out"and provide technical support.The most important thing is to provide cross - cultural language translation and communication and to develop their public relations resources in their own countries for Chinese power companies in"Going Out",to improve the relationship with local people and improve the trust of local people in order to improve the social responsibility image of the Chinese power companies.
