健胃愈疡片联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗胃食管反流病的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察健胃愈疡片联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗胃食管反流病的效果。方法:选取80例胃食管反流病患者为研究对象,按照患者入院顺序将其分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组使用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗,研究组应用健胃愈疡片联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、固体食物吞咽成功率、复发率以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组固体食物吞咽成功率为77.5%,高于对照组的47.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率为0.0%,低于对照组的10.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健胃愈疡片联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗胃食管反流病效果优于单纯使用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗,能有效地提升临床疗效,改善临床症状,降低复发率。Objective:To explore effects of Jianwei Yuyang tablets combined with Esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:80 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were selected as the research subjects and divided into control group and study group according to the order of admission, 40 patients in each group.In the control group, Esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets were used, while the study group was given Jianwei Yuyang tablets combined with Esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets.The clinical effects, success rate of solid food swallowing, recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.5%, which was higher than that of the control group (80.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The success rate of solid food swallowing in the study group was 77.5%, which was higher than that in the control group (47.5%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was 0.0%, which was lower than that of the control group (10.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions:Jianwei Yuyang tablets combined with Esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets are superior to Esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Moreover, it can safely and effectively enhance the clinical efficacy, improve the clinical symptoms, and reduce the recurrence rate.
